With over 20 years of clinical experience facilitating individual, couples and group therapy, I have gained experience treating a variety of presenting concerns. Areas of expertise include recurring emotional and behavioral patterns, major life transitions, relationship and couples distress, grief and loss, anger management and resolution, men's issues, emotional intelligence and psycho-spiritual functioning.

I draw from a variety of psychological theory and wisdom including psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, Jungian, marriage, family and expressive therapies. It is my belief that we are psychological and spiritual beings, therefore my approach is also informed by the teachings and wisdom of the worlds great spiritual traditions.

My ultimate goal is to assist clients in transforming personal awareness into success-oriented action.
